VISION

Vision- it seems like a huge word at first glance. Everybody in this world is surviving for some reason. Now the question is how to find that cause. Even if someone is vigorous, he tries hard and finds the reason, and then the next question arises. How to achieve my goal?

Let me make it intriguing, in general, if people find their cause in life then also they work blindly. Let me tip off it to you people, Goals are made to be achieved. We just have to set our sights on your vision. We have to understand every possible way to get there. Often people sit inert, they want other people to do it for them. If a person is reluctant to move ahead, if he can’t work hard for his purpose, he is just a living corpse.

We need to set our goals in two ways. First is ‘Long term goal.’ Whatever the result we wish to achieve should be our long-term goal. We need to recognize our capabilities and then we can enrich ourselves by polishing them. The second is ‘Short term goal.’ We should divide our long-term goals into short-term goals so we don’t feel pressure and work better to catch our dreams.

Working hard doesn’t always guide you to your goals, being smart is very much necessary in this modern world. So, your goals too. We have to make our goals SMART.

S-Specific

M- Measurable

A- Achievable

R- Relevant

T- Time-bounded

We’ll understand these things in detail some day later.

Once Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey shared “Some goals are worthy enough, it’s glorious even to fail.”

But the biggest fear remains unsolved- How to come out from the abode? Of course, I mean how to take the first step. There is nothing like the first step when we have followed the above rules. Starting today, this is our first step. Never hesitate to take the initiative. We might feel all at sea in the starting but the fog is dense in the morning only, as the time will pass the sunlight of our knowledge and experience will omit all the smog from your mind.

Here in this journey, our self-belief plays a very vital role. “If you want to meet a person who can change your life, it’s no other but you.” We always have to believe in our inner self. We have to be our biggest motivator. This world is full of snakes in the grass. We have to keep ourselves rejuvenated. We shouldn’t waste our time to find the right people for us. They will find us that our dreams are worthy enough. “Work hard in the hut and then invite people into your palace.” Our realm should set up an example for our future generation.

We shouldn’t be left holding the baby instead we need to come forward and grab the opportunities. The world remembers the fighters, not the cowards. Our children will take after us, so we need to be sure that we are giving them diamonds. This all can happen when we start from today, not today but right now. Work hard and most importantly enjoy our work.

“TO SEE THE CHANGE, BE THE CHANGE.”
